PD Day at the library Friday, February 14:

  • ❤️10:30-11:15AM: Happy Slimy Valentine. A lovely day for slime! Register for this experimental slime science program. We provide the supplies and you supply the ideas! For ages 7-12.  

  • 🏰1:00-4:00PM: Lego Block Party. Create and build with Lego at the library. Drop-in for ages 6-12.

  • 🐻Thursday, February 13 at 6:30-7:15PM: Pajama Storytime. An evening story time for children of all ages with their adult or guardian. Feel free to wear your pajamas (or not), bring along your favourite stuffie, blanket and your adult for stories, rhymes, and quiet songs. Drop-in for ages 4+.

  • 🎨Saturday, February 15 at 2:00-3:00PM: Draw Like DaVinci. Come recreate a famous piece of art. We will select a new piece of art and give you all the supplies you need! February inspiration: Les Fétiches by Loïs Mailou Jones. Register online. For ages 6-12.

  • 📖 Wednesday, February 12 at 10-11AM: Next week the Dickinson Reads Book Club↗ will be discussing the Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry↗ by Rachel Joyce. Drop-in to join the discussion.

  • 📸 Tuesday, February 18 at 2:00-3:00PM: Feel lost when it comes to organizing your photos? Learn various ways you can organize your photos on your computer or in the cloud. You should be able to find even your oldest photos quickly and easily. Presented by Lynda Buske from the Ottawa PC Users' Group and the Orleans Photo Club. Register online
