About the service delivery framework

The Ottawa Public Library's service delivery framework↗ was presented to the OPL Board in 2022.

At that time, staff committed to developing a service strategy for its five service categories—collections, expertise, tools, programming, and spaces.

OPL staff are working towards completing the service strategies and anticipate presenting them to the board in 2025 for approval.
